What to expect
Dance fitness at V3 Fitness Hub is about moving to music you enjoy, not about perfect steps. Sessions are live and instructor-led, taught in English and Hinglish, with simple follow-along choreography that builds through the class.
This is our own independent dance fitness format — high energy, welcoming and designed for living rooms, not stages. Sessions run 45 minutes, suit all levels and need no equipment. You do not need any dance background, and nobody is grading your moves.
How it works
Create a free account, choose a session from the schedule and join online. Keep your camera on if you like the shared energy, or off if you prefer to dance like nobody is watching.
We are preparing to launch, so bookings are not open yet. The founding list hears first when the timetable goes live.
Your home setup
Clear enough unobstructed floor space to step and turn comfortably in every direction, wear comfortable supportive shoes, and keep water within reach. A phone propped at chest height works, though a laptop or TV gives you a bigger view of the choreography.
Common questions
Do I need dance experience?
None at all. The choreography is follow-along and repeats, so you pick it up as the song goes on. Moving is the whole point.
Is this a Zumba class?
No. V3 Fitness Hub dance fitness is our own independent, music-led format. It is not affiliated with or licensed by any branded dance programme.
How much space do I need?
Enough clear, unobstructed floor space to step and turn comfortably in every direction. Most people clear a small patch of living-room floor and are ready to go.
When can I book?
We are launching soon. Join the founding list and we will tell you when bookings open.
