What to expect
HIIT at V3 Fitness Hub means short bursts of effort followed by recovery, guided live by an instructor in English and Hinglish. Intervals are bodyweight-based, with a warm-up to prepare you and a cool-down to finish.
This is an intermediate 30-minute format, best suited to people already comfortable with vigorous exercise. You always set your own pace and can rest whenever you need to — the goal is to work hard for short moments, recover, and finish feeling accomplished.
How it works
Create a free account, pick a session from the schedule and join online at the start time. Your camera is optional. Times are shown in your timezone.
V3 Fitness Hub is launching soon, so bookings are not open yet. Join the founding list and we will write to you when the first timetable is ready.
Your home setup
You will need an exercise mat, water nearby and enough clear, unobstructed room to step back into a lunge. If you live above neighbours, choosing lower-impact pacing keeps things quieter.
